Well, I'm not sure if Tom's post is still pokemon current.  Steve had some stuff going on yesterday so he had to cancel his game.  Maybe Tom switched back nights again.  We're still meeting though.  Even if both of those freaks don't show up we'll still have four people.

Josh i know you said items 1 level higher same and lower, is it ok if i take 2 items that are actually lower level and 1 higher?  And im pretty sure i am making a rogue

Ah that narrows my choice to avenger, sorc, invoker. Can i sacrifice an item or two to get a lvl 9 item josh? That helps the decision making a bit. I got a character that needs a tooth of chaos +2

You can trade two items down in level, that's fine.

If you want to trade UP in items I'm inclined to be a bit harsher.  I'm ruling you'll need to sacrifice your two lower level items to get the 9th level guy.  I don't think a level 9 item is particularly unbalancing, but them's the breaks.
