The Engine Upgrade keeps the Shuttle in the game, and even on "down turns" the shuttle is in the mix with the Emperor. Howlrunner with four ties is nothing to sneeze at, and Palpatine helps you ensure that Howl stays with the group by giving her "evade insurance".

There aren't any special tricks here, nothing crazy. Just raw firepower. The list presents some interesting "Bad choices" to your opponent in terms of target selection.
