11 Shields with 8 Hull  or 5 Shields and 15Hull.

Which you rather have at 100 points

First is B Wing and YT 2400 with Shield Upgrade

Second is Interceptor with Shield Upgrade with a Decimator

Those are only partial lists, I hope? I'd take the rebel set up out of those 2

There have been some successful two-ship builds, however I feel as though they are very specialized lists that require a flawless performance to come away with the win.

The build I have seen most frequently in the global meta involves a loaded up Falcon (Han) flying with a loaded up Corran Horn in an E-Wing. One variation of this kind of build would look like this:

=====================================================================
2 ship, Corran and Han
==================
100 points

Pilots
------

Han Solo (56)
YT-1300 (46), Veteran Instincts (1), Gunner (5), C-3PO (3), Millenium Falcon (1)

Corran Horn (44)
E-Wing (35), R2-D2 (4), Fire-Control System (2), Push the Limit (3)
=======================================================================

You would need to keep your ships out of firing arcs while at the same time keeping opponents in firing arcs, and this can be tougher than it sounds. The C3P0 crew card can be hard to come by, as a replacement the new Lando crew card from the Outrider might be a good swap out.

You could probably swap out the Falcon for one of the Outriders, but that would have very different lists as those two ships play pretty differently.

All the same, I think these lists will have a heck of a time with swarm type lists (both Z-95 and Tie) and some of the "tanky" rebel lists that are out there, like 4x B-wings.

The best possible advice I can give you is to not get too bogged down writing down lists. Get a couple ships on the board that you like to play with and a list will eventually develop around that. Trial and error of putting together a list is half of the fun.
Be the positive change you want to see.
