12. You embrace the Most Important Rule; play in the spirit of the game and do not get bogged down in the details of the rules.
We wouldn't get bogged down in the rules if they were written clearly. What a joke. "We know it's a tournament, but our answer is to 4+ this shit all the ding-dong day long."

Yea but we @ BG don't "4+" anything, we just have Sam make the call  ;)

This is not an official set of tournament rules. This is simply a set of rules for playing in events at Warhammer World of which there is one.

"When attending events at Warhammer World, we require that you abide by The Warrior’s Code, which is designed to ensure everyone taking part has a fantastic experience".

So, should you ever find yourself in Nottingham, England...with your army AND you've signed up for an event IN that building...only then are you bound by the linked set of rules.

And then I say, "It's ambiguous in the text. 4+ it."

Rules? Where we are going, we don't need rules.

Even so, with this pdf and the Forgeworld IA/Apocolyse pdf http://www.battlegroundgames.com/forum/index.php?topic=7376.0 , it seems like GW is really pushing to make Lords of War as official as possible. I wouldn't count on LoW going away, in fact I would bet it shows up in the main rulebook of the next edition of the game.

Yes, it IS clear GW wants lords of war in the game -- they want to sell the models.  What is not clear (in fact quite the opposite) is that it is any good for the game.

Just remember...no one can force you to play against super-heavies if you do not want to.
