I plan to come up to MA sometime in early November, so hopefully we can hash this out at least by then.

No, it's not too late.  Still waiting to hear back from Steve D., so plenty of time to jump in still.

I've added the things you've all wanted to the OP, and am keeping track of the order. 

As for payment, mailing me a check is fine.  I also accept Paypal (in fact, I prefer it, as it's easier and faster).

Also, it's been awhile since I've been back in MA, so a brief introduction would be appreciated, especially if we haven't met in person yet.
