Yes that army should be on that tile. Looks like it is a result of the warp. I believe Murph is right on how to handle this scenario. I have relayed the situation to Paul, just waiting to hear back from him.

Due to the fact that there is no previous owner of this tile, by the current rules there us no planetfall scenario. Both players land and then a challenge between the standard armies would ensue based on the challenge order.

So. With the Hammer fall we all know is coming. I'm gonna end up being the speed bump in the plans. I'm a chef, I work 2:30-10:30. My days off are usually Monday and Tuesday. As for percentage pay outs. I really only landed here as a "Hey its an ice world! I'm wolves I belong there!"
