My gamers edition finally showed up and just my initial read through of it...
Super heavies got a lot more bad ass
they ignore 1-4 on the damage dice and an explosion result just takes another d3 hullpoints
they now have a special "thunderblitz" table which is basicly tank shock for the big boys
I like the new HP system instead of the structure point system
Co-Axial autocannon rules have disappeared which is a shame
the new 15 inch apocalyptic mega blast looks to only be used by titan weapons, when a super heavy blows up, and one of the "powers" of the Tesseract Vault
New models:
Khone lord of skulls: deamon, daemonforge, fleet, it will not die, rage
it's a walker like a stompa which is a bit strange since it has tank tracks but i guess that explains all those conversions with legs i've seen
every time it loses a hull point it gets an additional attack
this thing is a beast!
Tesseract Vault: BS 5 with a bad ass ctan inside, gets to choose 2 powers one of which can be a Apoc template weapon that is Str D. Another is the aforementioned 15 inch pie plate
IG finally has all it's superheavies in one book
Orks got a lot of love, Gargantuan Squiggoth, Stompa, big mech stompa, skullhamma battlefortress,
As far as Titans there is the eldar phantom, the Nid bio-titan and the warhound and reaver.
no rules for warlord or whatever the huge one is called,
Hopefully Forgeworld releases their updates soon for all the IA tanks and such
