The Battleground Bitz Bonanza is an opportunity for the miniature gaming community to come together and and trade / sell their leftover model parts (bitz), unfinished models, or used models with each other or whoever might be interested.  No sealed product may be sold.

All of those armies that people are looking to get rid of on the boards?  All of those half assembled models you've got laying around?  That giant box of cool parts you thought you'd use?   This is the day you can turn them all into Battleground Bucks (store credit)!!

How It Works:

• Everyone is invited to bring unfinished models and model parts (no sealed product) into the store and "claim an area" on a first come first serve basis.  Battleground will help facilitate this in an effort to keep people as contained as possible.

• Each person is responsible for pricing, valuing, and keeping track of their own items.

• As bitz shoppers walk around the store sellers will hand them a voucher for the item they intend to sell with the price they intend to sell the bitz/items for on it.

• The buyer will bring the voucher up to the register and pay the amount the seller put down on the voucher.

• A Battleground employee will stamp the voucher and the seller will receive store credit for that amount.

• The buyer will bring the stamped voucher back to the seller and the seller will give the buyer whatever bitz or used models they agreed upon.

• Trading is allowed, but NO CASH may change hands between buyer and seller.

Battleground asks that all Bitz Bonanza transactions are final.  Everyone participating in the Bitz Bonanza is expected to take all of their stuff home with them at the end of the day if it has not been claimed.

Miniatures and parts from all miniature game systems are welcome.

People have been asking for this event to return for a LONG time, so we expect a pretty decent turnout.

This event is going to be awesome.  I expect a significant turnout and tons of bitz and old, used models to change hands.

Um... does a certian evil Order of Workshop Gaming know of this heresy? If so how many of us need to be sacrificed for thier appeasement? I offer Sir Chase the not-so-gruff, who's zinc claded armor and partical board sword has slayed many of thier reps and fuddy rules. And the rest of us shall hide behind.....well Cale.

This doesn't violate any GW agreement since we're not selling anything :).

*sigh*

Battleground calendar is definitely working against me.  Going to be out of state when this goes on...and this sounds perfect for my Orks.  I hope this happens again.

If anyone has female Eldar torsos, please bring them.

Please bring all of the Guardian female torsos. Also looking for 4 bright lances and 3 shuriken cannons from the warwalker/guardian kit, they are the same style.

I need a space marine jump-pack (preferably plastic), a devastator squad sergeant's backpack, a certain Space marine torso that I cant accurately describe (It has a little neck-collar thing with a skull on it), and the devastator squad sergeant's head (it has a little antenna thing on the right side of his helmet). I have plenty of guardsmen, Space Marine, and even some Orky bitz to trade for them.
