Is it too late to join the Lucky 13's thingy?

 Nope it's not too late. It was decided that the store will combine the results and keep track of who plays, so that it counts.I think the 1st chapter battle is able to be ran til the next one comes out.Than I think the results need to be sent in.
 I was hoping to have as many games played by as many players as possable to get everyone involved. Just post what happened, so we can keep track.
 The table should be setup like the chapter 1 scenario with points being 1,500 - 3,000.One side being order(guard marines, etc...) and another disorder (chaos, Dark eldar, orks etc...)

I have Space Marines and I can play on Friday at 6 or Saturday or Sunday. I probably can't make it on weeknights 'cause I have school :P.

Bryan, I'm going to be looking for a game around 2:00 PM Saturday the 20th.  I''ve already done the Tella Porta scenario once.  I suspect I shouldn't play it again for score.  Still, if you just want a game, I'll be around.  I also am not confident of my Kroot/Demon model collection or tactics on how to use it.  At heart I am a shooty player, or a balanced player.  Codex Demons is twisting me in a direction I don't generally go.

But if you come in Saturday, there are usually folks about.  If you can't find an official opponent, I'll give you a match.  Let me know.

Rember too if someone replays the scenario to let someone else who hadn't yet, the victory still counts either way and you can earn AA points as well, just have to use in next battle, or lose them I guess was the ruling? Bob whichever you wanna do.

Appreciated.  Right now I'm excited by the new Guard codex and am looking to experiment with that, but at some point I'm going to have to figure out Demon Codex.  (There ought to be some way to make my model collection competitive.  I expect it involves not caring that a bunch of my fair winged ladies are going to get callously mowed down.)  If anyone needs a foe either way, let me know.

I've been doing a little painting this week.  I can now put down a 201 model fully painted Guard force...  at 2000 points.  I suspect on a 6 by 4 table they'd be tripping over each other.  I'm going to have to play that mix some day, just so I can say I have.

I will definitly be there on Friday night around 6:30, all day saturday, I can come down on Sunday, but only if thats when we plan to play the game, and I can be there on monday if thats when we plan to play the game

As far as it stands now,  I can come down on monday.  And that means I can cover the choas side should you want to get a game in there.  I know the mission and what set-up should look like, plus I have both apocalypse and re-loaded with me.  So, I can give Bryan a crash course in mega-battles without too much trouble.


I think the way we ruled it Doug, was that you may replay the same mission over but only claim the AAP from one of them.  Those AAP would have to be used in the next mission that is sent for Lucky 13.  So the 11 I have now would not be used in this mission should I play on monday, but if for some reason I gained more AAP than the existing 11 I could use the new amount.  Like temp hit points in D&D now ;).

The other idea that we agreed would work is that if you change sides the AAP you gained would be lost also.  So if you we playing Demons and then used guard, any AAP gained would not be available for that fight (and it would effectively be lost since they go away if not used in the next game you play.)  This is not currently an issue since no one with AAP is thinking of switching sides, but should it come up we have a ruling in place.

that would be up to you, and any other players that wanted in.   The mission states each player should bring a force between 1500 and 3000 points. 

Before we play I can go over the data sheets and assets that you can use, just in case you see anything you like.

I will be down monday night to toss in for either side (guard that looks chaosy).  I can do around 1750 at the most right at this time

Sound fair to me. Anyone have objections? If not than this'll be our ruling. Also if anyone wants to come down and join in feel free. I'm not sure about my schedule this weekend, but Monday I can probably make it.As long as someone let's me know please who's in the battle and who which side won, so I can keep track of it.I"m waiting to talk, or email w/ Derek about the other event as well. FYI.

Any battle that takes place and event(which I hope will be soon). Please post, or inform me on battles so everyone has a chance to get involved and count towards the overall results. Even if someone has done the scenerio more than once I'd still like to know, or their AAP changes. If the game isn't setup for the Lucky 13 chapter than it really doesn't matter. This way people can be in the campaign and not be bogged down with everyone's elses schedule, just play when they can. I hope this is the best way to get as many involved as possible. Right now there's 4 people recorded and it looks like after this weekend and Monday afew more.Thanks.
