nope you have to take two HQ because army special rules trump the tournament rules.  So a double space wolf team up with bring 4 HQ thats scary.

As far as bringing a child, well depending on game lengths and his attention span that is really up too you. there is usually a bit of time between games in case you need to grab him lunch or something.

Would it be bad if I had to bring my 5 year old with me?  Having trouble getting a babysitter.  Also what time does it start?

Please arrive at the store between 10-1015.  Hopefully dice will roll at 11.

As far as bringing your 5 year old with you goes, there's going to be 9 or 10 games of 40k going on on top of people just hanging out.  If you're cool with him hanging out with 45+ gamers (PACKED store) until 7 or 8pm, go for it! :)

10:15 hmmm

Then I shall show up at 10:20 that way you can all applaude my arrival.  You know just like everyother day of the week when I show up.  Ah yes, I do love my people, and in return you all adore me.

In a little known 2007 poll 7 out of 10 americans enjoyed a daily nolan moment, the other 3 did not.  But, that was purely because they were too occupied with eating paste to be interrupted.  Its factual so it must be true.

Umm, o yes Go Doubles Tournament!!

See I kept it relevant to the thread.  Take that critics!

I just got home (very early for a Saturday night actually).  I'll post the results tomorrow when I'm at the store.

Rick raises a good point. Next time, have beer. That's pretty much the only way to top this event.

Beer would have been a good idea, but today was get out of bed early day and look after the Mother of my offspring day .. So an early night was appropriate!

Cheers,

I remember this idea being two things:

1. A really awsome Idea

2. A really awsome idea that can turn bad quick
