How many Wraithguard/Blades to a blister/box?

Confirmed 5.

Between the two stores we're allowed 8 boxes.  3-5 are currently accounted for.  Please let me know if you (or anyone) wants to claim any of the others for release month.

I would hate it and most like quit the hobby if it did happen.  Apoc games or units have no place in 40k games.

That being said, I dont think it will ever happen.  Yes they are releasing some cool bigger models but I dont think the transition will come.

The rules for superheavies would need to be changed in order to somehow make games more fun between superheavies and non-superheavies.  Either that, or superheavies would have to be made a lot less awesome, which kind of defeats the purpose.

Where I play: basically I only show up for tourneys or when I'm on my way up to New Hampshire to visit my folks.  I live about 45 mins from both stores, to the south.

I guess what I'm saying is where is the line drawn?  Hobbyist like the new big models cu they're cool.  GW sees it as an excuse to sell really expensive models.  I don't really think the super huge models really belong, though, and it gets to be distorting, tactically.

Ork battle wagons are a pretty good example.  It looks cool as hell, but the thing is actually longer than some "ranged" weapons ranges!  It gets to a point where the size of the model seriously distorts the threat ranges involved.

Fun thought. When put to a "real-life" scale, bolt pistol shots just drop out of the air only 75 feet after being fired. The future!

Last night was the first time I saw the Riptide in play, and honestly its size wasn't that impressive. In fact the Tervigon looked bigger.. size was just over hyped. I don't think the Wraithknight will be that big a deal, just really typical of most gamers to not just push the "panic button" but smash it with a hammer. Happens with every. single. release.

But the riptide looks cool  ;)
At least we got a actual Battlesuit that like in alot of anime can blow it self up just by pushing buttons that are design to be there

I will say GW has done a good job promoting the new wraithknight, using phrases like "and you thought the riptide was big.." and "so big it can't even fit on the website".. I'm sure every Eldar army will include one
