due to extreme demand the popular stuff is backordered, especially the riptide.

[Chase] And here is what I woke up to this morning...  It's PARTICULARLY frustrating because I specifically asked if they were running low on or expected to run out of anything and was told no.  The only models he said he was limited on were the items that were only available through trade this week.  I was limited to one of each of those.

An angry email has been sent asking my rep to call me ASAP.  I know there's nothing he can do, but I want to talk to someone that has some answers.

Those Dwarves are ordered separately and would not appear on this invoice even if they were ordered at the same time.

They were ordered (again) last week after the rep told me he had no record of them being sent.

They are a 7-10 business day ship.  Here's hoping they're at the store when I get there later.

Cool! I had a phone call from a new player who said he was coming by on Thursday to learn how to play.

The conversation boiled down to (in almost these exact words), "We didn't make enough plastic kits.  We are sending the numbers to England.  They will make more."
