Is this list possible?

[King of the Elves]

Ok so I was thinking about lists, and I came up with a CRAZY Eldar War Walker list. This is meant for tourneys where both FW armies and 40K approved units are allowed.

Main Army: Codex Eldar

 HQ: ??
 
 Troop Choice #1 5 Dire Avengers
 Troop Choice #2 5 dire avengers

 Fast Attack: 3 units of 3 ELDAR WASP ASSAULT WALKER in each unit (9 WW total) (40K approved fast attack choice) 

 Heavy Support: 3 units of 3 standard WW in each unit (another 9 WW)

Allied Army: Eldar Corsairs
 
      HQ: ??
      Troop #1 3x ELDAR WASP ASSAULT WALKER
      Troop #2 3x ELDAR WASP ASSAULT WALKER

So under rare situations this list can happen, and if it's a 2k point game, double this list. If I did the math right, thats  24 War Walkers total, and if each has 2 scatter lazers on it (for a total of 8 SL shots on each WW) thats about 192 strength 6 shots each turn. Problem??

60 points for each standard WW with Lasers x9
70 points for each fast attack WW with 2 lasers x9
85 points for each Corsair WW with 2 Lasers x6
120 points for dire avengers
150 points or so for some cheap HQs

 540+ 630+510+120+150= thats a 1950 point list. Broken, kinda yea.  but it's also like $850 worth of war walkers haha

not really >.> normal marine bolter can glance those things. Granted if you hide them in cover they will riddle an army up but isnt there range 24 or 36 inchs?
