Im building an Eldar army, and i want to know how to make Wraith Gaurds without needing to pay like 50$ for 5 because i want to get a wraith army.

What is a wraith guard? I dont play eldar but I have some rogue trader harlequins and a few with very long guns.. if your interested.

I'm afraid that on the forum for a store that sells real Wraithguard five for $50, the only shortcut you'll find is someone that may want to sell you some old ones for store credit.

Apparently some people have been using wood elf Dryad's with Tau Plasma rifles are cheap stand in's. Apparently they use some eldar looking weapons or tau plasma rifles as the weapon. Might be worth a look.

 I've seen them, they look meh at best. My suggestion would be to go on "major" forums like dakkadakka and see if you can trade some of your old army for some wraithguard, otherwise check places like ebay and craigslist.

You can probably find some epic Eldar titans cheap on EBay. They will look cooler and will be right size

the only real way to represent wraith gaurd is with actual wraith guard. I sadly can not see mentioned conversions looking to good

WG are your TEQ and cost the same as the new DA kit.  Just buy them.
