So I went into the store yesterday to buy some paint and talked to the guy behind the counter about the lack of Warmachine lately. He told me it was because most of the people that played friday nights went back to college. What this means is that we don't need to have it friday nights (plus it must be really busy from FNM).
Possible days:
Monday: Monday seems a little busy at the store, with some DnD stuff as well as Magic drafts, but I doubt that the wargaming tables are busy.
Tuesday: The website says that Warhammer fantasy casual play happens that night, but it looks to be the most promising weekday if that is not busy.
Wednesday: Probably the worst night, since the store is super busy because of DnD encounters.
Thursday: Big group of Warhammer players, probably not a good idea to schedule a weekly game night this night.
Friday: Current night where no one really shows up....
Saturday: Saturday could work out the best for Warmachine/Hordes, since the store doesn't have any official events!
Sunday: Store closes at 7, and pokemon league before that makes for a short gaming day.
So I think our options for a good Warmachine day are either Tuesday, Friday, or Saturday. Any could work for me. We should try to get more people to chime in that play the game in our area. Perhaps get whoever runs the facebook page to post something about what day would work best?
