I am New to Warhammer 40K

Please come down on Saturday for the event!  The best way to learn is see it in action, and the bigger purpose of this event was to get a community going strong again in the abington store.  There will be plenty of others who come to watch and everyone is very helpful and inviting to new players.  I will (75% sure) be there for the day to hang out and watch, if you have questions I would be more than happy to sit down and help you out, it is always good to see new faces for the game!

Good stuff!  It might not be a bad idea to come down and check the event out though.  You'll get to meet tons of people that play and see a bunch of cool armies.

This is basically what I did. I checked out some tournaments before I decided I wanted to play in them. When you're a new player, you can learn an incredible amount just watching games. Plus, BG has a good turnout for hobby-talent too.

40k events are always free to watch. Just don't get too close to some players dice... they bite you know.

Noah, as long as the snow and my car aren't terrible a third week in a row, I will be down tomorrow (sunday the 24th) for gaming.  If you want to come down and ask questions or need help with lists, etc I will help you out as best I can buddy.
