For people that can Not make it this Sunday that is fine. Just send me a message with what Team you wish to play, Your Name, and Forum Handle. This Sunday I plan on being there around noon to 1 to start this up and go over and answer any questions about the rules.

Tuesday Nights I guess we could make into the unofficial night to play, but that is the other reason I want people actually on these boards, so they can arrange games slightly easier. Once I have all the teams and Forum names I will Edit the front page thread with them so it will be easier to contact each other.

As for actual models to be used: No you do not have to have actual BloodBowl Models to play in this league. the models you do use must be Numbered in some way. The models that represent different positions must make it clear it is actually a different position: A Human Catcher and a Human Blitzer should not have the same model. That is the only modeling rule I have for this League.

Cool. If I can use temporary models for a week or two I'm playing Underworld. Tackle be damned. My name is Joe Baranoski. If anybody else can't make it this Sunday, want to play against me on Tuesday?

Maybe I missed it, but what time is this running on Sunday?  I probably also won't be able to make it until later if it all this week.

Sweet. I start working the 6am-2pm shift at work next week. I would definitely be down to play a league match or two at 4pm on Tuesday. Let me know.

Addition:

Also, I see some of you are newbies; I consider myself fairly experienced. If any of you newbies are around next Tuesday I can play a practice game or two and give you some strategy help.

I've decided to play it risky and throw smart TV and starting skills out the damn window. The Northern Wastes Grimdarks, complete with 3 big guys, will be participating.

Name/Forum Name: Cale Laquidara /Cale

Team: Humans (I'll be ordering the GW team soon, but will likely be using some human Warmachine Models to represent my players until they come in)

Just so some of the non-regulars know, below are the listed Battleground Store Hours of Operation, so that people can plan accordingly.

Battleground Abington Business Hours
Monday - Friday: 12pm-10pm (we usually are open until at least 12am)
Saturday: 11am-10pm (we are usually open until at least 12am)
Sunday: 10am-7pm (the store usually closes promptly at 7pm)

I'll be willing to keep the store open late on Tuesday evenings (since I'm the closing employee) provided people need to finish up a league match.

I'm looking forward to a bloody season :)

Just made my marauders. Man, those guys were basically Blood Bowl minis already! The Chaos Ogre should be a blast. Can't wait to sculpt crazy horns!

::EDIT:: Just played my first game with the team... I hate Amazons.
