I'm still lurking, but have yet to make it in yet.  I guess that means I have to give this season a miss, but I will still try to come in a time or two to watch and/or demo a Slann team. 

I would be interested in joining next season though!  If there is any kind of announcement list for the upcoming seasons (or this season's news) please put me on it!

Well, the Sons winning streak came to an abrupt end due to some awesome Lizard positioning forcing more die rolls than I'd like combined with a dysfunctional claw and inept dark elf. Niffle is the ficklest of gods. I think he's telling me to play less games per week. Either that or stay away from Chaos Pact next league.

Team Mummy smash had some great games today.
a 2-0 win vs dwarfs
a 1-2 loss vs lizards, being a dodge roll away from that endzone line
and a 0-2 loss vs amazons. But even though i was shut out, the mummys cracked their knuckles and causes 2 casualties a piece.

So Team Mummy smash is now 8-8 and with a team rating of 1,680,000. To buy that re-roll or not to put me at spiraling expences. hmmmmmmm

To make sure everyone is aware Battleground will be closed on Sunday and Monday this week (the 30th and 31st of Dec).

What this means for the league is this: Since Sunday is usually a starting point for the week I will make Week 3 Start on Tuesday and go for one additional week. So week 3 will be a 2week period. Week 3 will start on 1/1/13 and end on 1/12/13. This way the week includes an actual Sunday for people to come and game on, it finishes off the Holiday season for people and the Store itself will probably be a little bit hectic in the first few days of the new location opening.

This will be the final extended week of the season.

Hopefully everyone had some good times with their families and such and now can go back to beating the thier opponents skulls in

Hey again.

Tuesday I will be driving back to Boston from PA, so I unfortunately can't kick off the new year the right way with you guys. I will definitely be there in the early afternoon on Thursday. Let's say 2 pm. Anybody else going to be in on Thursday?

In any case I appreciate the extension of week 3, Steve. I'll definitely be there on Sunday. Hoping to play a game (or more) against Amazons, Chaos Pact, or Lizardmen one of those days. Happy 2013 to you all!
