Testing the Waters

Hello everyone I am looking to unload my SW army.  I have played this army for well over 20 years and I feel my vision for this army has changed.  So now I am moving in a different direction.  Most of the models are metal and anywhere from 1st-4th edition.  There is some 5th edition thrown in as well. 

I have an idea of what I would like for the army.  (not that much considering the models)  But I wanted to see if anyone here was interested first before I venture out into the world of Dakka and EBAY. 

I can supply pictures if needed.  Overall I would like to see it go as a whole so let me know.  Here is what I have from memory, anything put here comes with a truckload of bits as well.

I have a Grey Knight ally, so i can convert some of these, how much for a Dreadnought alone, and how much for a Dreadnought with 5 or 10 termies?

Update:

FW Dread has been sold

In talks for Unpainted Dread and 10 termies.

Also the unpainted stuff I have no problem piece mealing out but as for now I would like to keep the painted army together and sell as a lot.
