Meh, wouldn't be very hard conceptually, at least on the drive train, jsut a lot of time.  The LR has fake hubs in the right place, just replace those with real wheels and a tread.  Plenty of room inside for battery and two motors.  Motorizing the guns would be more pain than I'd want to deal with, though.
