Guards didn't change much LOL Most of the corrections were to the orders, to make them say that the orders only apply to units from the IG codex LOL Oh-well. Oh, and several mentions of ignore and follow the core rulebook instead LOL

Any model with multiple wounds and T(x), yeah, just got much better. A Chaos Lord with Mark of Nurgle on a bike is now a legit T6.

Feel No Pain applies to all wounds except those which would cause Instant Death, which is why the roll is reduced to a 5+. Plague Marines are now a legit T5. So yeah, Nurgle Marines can shrug it off. That Chaos Lord on a bike can shrug off a Railgun... at least as far as I'm understanding the rules and FAQs so far.

So the tyranid tervigon power Onslaught says that a unit may shoot and assault the turn it runs if it has fleet. Before the assault part was just to clarify confusion but now with fleet now granting assaults on runs it's less clear. I expected a FAQ update to it but... nothing.
