Where to go on which day's to find a game.
« on: March 21, 2012, 09:03:31 PM »
I spent a while looking through these threads and for the most part I can't see a general consensus of when people will be at either of the two stores for games. Thursday is warhammer day? Saturday for plainville? Is there any day that will have a solid collection of warmahordes players present? Sorry if this is kind of redundant just alittle lost.

Thursdays in Abington. Right now there's a Journeyman League running. For a while it was a bit of a mish-mash, but Warmachine is back for the next few weeks. I don't know what Sean has up his sleeve after that.

Plainville is a bit iffy. I know there are a handful of regulars, but I don't know which night they meet (if any).

Thursday and saturdays in Plainville, but to be honest, we have a MUCH more fledgling warmahordes community, but we would still love to have you over, (not enough players here!)

Saturdays in Plainville often have events.  For instance, this Saturday the entire store will be given over to a 40k tournament.

The Saturday after that we should have a bunch of WM/H players for the Battle Box event.

Awesome, Thank you guys for the swift reply's. I am really astonished at the active community here. Puts all of western mass to shame. Seriously, we have nothing on this and I'm talking for all of South Western Mass.

I don't have anything up my sleeve right now. The Journeyman League is going GREAT right now with 13 players signed up. Most of us are around on thursdays for pickup games. There's been a resurgence (spelling?) of Warmahordes recently leading to the league. I'm thinking of a couple of tournament ideas for the spring and into summer.

Do you want more or less players. New vs old.

counter point Plainville > Abbington

but seriously, i would check out both stores, i have never been to Abbington, so i can't really say Plainville is better, but we do have a GREAT pizza place right next door. honestly i would go to both and see which one floats your boat (though i would totally go to plainville first this thursday!)

We have both a Chinese and Pizza pad next doors, and a Brazillian grill!
I got a 1!....That's a good thing, right?
