It is a pretty nice list. Few comments:
No mornfang? 
The magic can be nasty  with fire and maw stacking buffs like mad.
No disp. Scroll?
And that is a lot of belchers,
Hoping for flaming sword much lol

It is a lot of points on characters, but I think they all play an important role. I feel like I need them all. I guess I could do without the tyrant, but I'm not looking for " the best build" I just like tyrants.

No scroll is because of ETC. I can have scroll or Hell heart. So I figured I would give that a try.

Mournfang are great, the best unit in the book. I just want to try out the ogre gun line again.
