How many games are you planning? That determines a lot of what the rest of the rules should look like.

We're doing 3.  Just a 1 day event.

They usually get updated a Day or Two after the results from the last Tournament. So when Chase post the Doubles Results which most likely will be today or Tomorrow Ben or Chase will go about updating the invitational. It may be a Bit Longer this week Considering Thanksgiving,Black Friday, Local Business Saturday, and Abington being moved.

Once I get the file, I tend to update the Invitational standings pretty soon.

We will be working on the packets after TG break. We hope to have them available to the players by December 8th, which is when official invite emails will be sent out.

Do you have the next 4-5 in line as well for standby etc im also hearing a few people may not be able to make it.

If a qualifying player tells us they cannot make the event, we will extend an invitation to the next highest player in the standings. And so on, until we fill the event.
