Unless this ends up being a decent size (12+ players that meet EVERY week to paint) you will not have an issue with table space with the exception of the following times:

Particularly busy Tuesday nights where board gamers are here in large numbers and Magic players are here in average numbers.

Wednesday nights.

Friday nights.

Saturdays that we run events.

I am far, far less worried about the amount of space something like this might take up.  What concerns me is keeping participants interested from start to finish.

If Sean is going to be heading this up, it seems like the weekly meeting might have to happen on Sundays.

Thursday is just bad for me I play warmachine at fnc and we finish at 9 so I head to plainville after to play edh. I don't think it would be fair to Ben to step on his group he 's worked so hard on. I have no problem with Sunday.

We close at 7:00pm sharp on Sundays.  They may not work after all.

Why would we need regular table space? We would just need game tables. It'd be cool to paint at the store, but the get together days are more about playing, I think. I dunno. Just my thought.

Heh, don't worry about me or the group. My personal/emotional investment is minimal. I'd like to see Warmahordes succeed, as it has a very high approval rating from people who have played. GW needs to be challenged. I'd like to learn WM too, but my pockets aren't as deep and flush with cash as they once were. I'll likely come around at some point. :)

It may sound weird, but I would prefer if the gaming groups did not meet on the same night.

I don't mean to be a stick in the mud about any of this but I think anyone actually interested that is New to Warmachine/Hordes I suggest seeing a demonstration of the game and having an explanation of the rules. I tried reading them and it is a Lot to take in with special rules and activating units and seems unfair to throw people into a League without at least a basic Understanding of the rules.

P.S. Means I am looking for a L2Play session

I'll prolly be there as well. I'll be bringing all my Khador, I have 30+ points and 2 warcasters if anyone wants to borrow say 15 points and do an intro game.

This might also be a way to get people BACK in the game.  I haven't really gotten to experience MkII and am a bit concerned about confusing the two systems.  A chance to iron out the differences will let me play in more tournies and such now.

Would anyone be available Saturday for a demo game? I will be out of town until Saturday and would like to watch/play. Also is this only for Warmachine or Hordes as well?
