Looks like Skorne get a nice boost.

Trolls get,

eGrissel, spells = Arcane bolt, inhospitable ground, Dash.   Feat = All freindly faction models gain unyeilding + hyper aggresive.   She has a 3 shot gun that has 3 ammo types, that can be used once a turn.  One is an AOE 3 with knockdown, one is a 10" spray Pow 12.

Storm troll, 5 point light, animus = lightning fists, cost 1, range 6, model gets electo leap.   The troll itself gets electoleap + crit disruption.

Borka's Character Beast.  Rok!, 11PC Heavy, PRIMAL as an animus. Has beserk, snacking, assault (and a 6" POW 14 spray) MAT 7, RAT 5.

Sons Of BRagg,  CHaracter unit.  6 PC, 3 dudes, each with 8 boxes.  They are all weapon masters and have some cool calls to affect their own unit.

Every time a living enemy model is killed in his control, one model of his battlegroup can heal 1 point.   Also, he can bond one (non char)beast at start of game, he can channel spells through this beast.
Spells = Arcane Reckoning, ashen veil, blackspot, ashes to ashes, hellfire.

Cyclops raider, 5 PC, has ranged gun and snipe animus.
Archidon, 7PC, flight, has sprint animus. SPD 7, DEF 14, critical pitch.
Xerxis character beast, Tiberion:  PC 11, Cannot be knocked down or placed.  Can only be moved or move, during its own activation.   Bump animus. ARM 19 + sheild(21). Has Sheild Guard.  Can be bonded to Xerxis. Has a reach, POW 18 attack. MAT 7.

Venetor slingers.  Ranged unit, has erosion.  6PC for 10.  On Direct hit, center a AOE3 on model hit, all models under it suffer corrosion.

Can't read the Battle engine page. but it does have hyper aggression.

Legion gets:

eVayl: much as pVayl, has quickdraw, and serenity.  Feat:  eVayl can cast each of her spells once without spending fury.

Spells: Admonition, Icy Grip, Obliteration, Purification, Occultation, Refuge.

Naga: PC 5, has a rng 10 pow 12 (untyped damage, and eLylyth applauds) with critical poison. Has prowl.  Animus = wraithbane (target gains magical weapon and blessed).

Absylonia's character warbeast, Proteus: PC 11, Has 2 Pow 16 and one pow 14.  Also has a RNG 6 pow 14 that has drag. Has pull and chain weapon on one attack.  Has herding.

Finally,

Circle gets:

I’m fairly neutral about what Circle got. I’m not disappointed really, but I’m not really excited.

- Grayle is a solid melee assassination warlock. I like him a lot on paper, and want to get in some games with him. (7-8/10)

- eBaldur is underwhelming to me. I don’t know, maybe that will change if/when I see him in action. (5/10)

- Scarsfell Griffon is amazing. He’ll be useful for getting after key models behind your opponent’s front line. Fell Caller got you down? Pick him off with a Griffon! (9/10)

- Winter Argus is pretty cool. I like him more than the regular Argus by a significant margin. Not for every list, but is cool for certain lists (pun not intended). (7/10)

- Ghetorix (or whatever his name is) is kind of cool. I like the possibilities with eKaya (Forced Evolution for DEF 16 ARM 19 in melee) and Kromac (Wild Aggression, Warpath moves, Inviolable Resolve for DEF 14 ARM 21 in melee). He also supposedly has Powerful Charge which makes him an effective MAT 9 on his charge attack. Still, I feel like I like the Stalker more for a point less. (7/10)

- Gallows Groves. Hooray for 1pt Arcnodes! The Entropic Force is amusing when it works, but will probably never factor into their selection. I can’t wait to add some to my Morvahna lists. Mohsar and the Kruegers love these guys a lot too. I’ll own max FA the day they come out. (9/10)

- Celestial Fulcrum is an amazing model, but the rules are kind of underwhelming. Mainly it’s the most fragile battle engine and lacks a build in defensive mechanism (i.e. Polarity Field, Repel, just being tougher ala Khador). I don’t know what I’d drop to fit it in. (6/10)

I think I’m more let down by the fact that this release was as small as Wrath. There were things I was hoping to see but didn’t (i.e. character unit, Skinwalker UA).

eGrissel is great. I really like ROK too. I think Grissel's 'shots' are her Fell Calls. Pretty bad-ass yelling if you ask me.

I wish he were 10 points. For me he's in a similar boat as Triumph where I'm not certain I would care to dump the solo/wa/ua necessary from my list to upgrade my baseline model beast/jack to the character version. He has a home with certain casters - he's really strong with Kromac, but more often than not I think Stalker/Feral/Pureblood + solo/ua is a better call.

The biggest thing he has going for him, is he is MAT 7 with Powerful charge.  So with primal he is MAT 11 on the charge.

Accuracy is definitely his strong suit. If you boost to hit I can't think of anything in the game he won't connect with on average dice.

He really is Kromac's beast though. DEF 14 and ARM 21 while engaged is pretty beefy. There are some interesting interactions too with Ornery, Warpath and Hyper Aggressive. Going back to his accuracy, he doesn't really need Wild Aggression so you can slap it on another beast.

eKaya's Forced Evolution also makes him pretty damn solid. After that though I feel myself gravitating back to the Stalker.

The Stalker's versatility seems like he more often than not would get the spot. For me, the loss of berserk and sprint are what I'm happiest to see across the table, especially with Kromac.

I like him. I want him to see play. He has some great applications. I just don't know if losing the ability to tackle a diverse set of problems is worth it. I've been wrong before, though.

I think with Kromac its more a case of him replacing your second Stalker.

I think Domination really helped Circle be more durable.  The character warpwolf I think is along these lines,  esp with snacking.

I agree fully with both of the above posts.

Anyone hear anything about the Road Hog? My pigs really want a second type of heavy and I hope it doesn't blow.

Saw this write-up on him on Lost Hemispheres. I'm sure if you scour the Minions forums you'll find more.

Quote
Not everyone agrees with me, and I’m fine with that – but I’m all about the Road Hog. I’m used to using Heavies almost strictly for their ranged potential (Vanquisher, anyone?), so when I sit here and look at the potential 22” threat range on the Road Hog’s Heavy Flamethrower (5 SPD + 3 Charge + 2 Mobility + 2 Full Boar + 10 Spray) as a boostable POW12 that automatically sets targets on fire? I have no problem with that. Sure, he’s a little pillowfisted in melee with two POW14’s (even if one does have crit knockdown) but with the Lightning Strike animus the Road Hog can come out of nowhere, position to maximize the spray potential (and set the opposing warcaster/warlock on fire, boosting attack and damage), have two POW14 swings at the charge target to kill it (one of those boosted), and then make a 9” Advance (5 SPD + 2 Mobility + 2 Full Boar) to either line up for another run next turn, or just get out of the way to the War Hogs can come in. The Road Hog is a  hit-and-run monstrosity… and I can dig it.

Is there anything else, or is this a complete leak of the major four factions?  I have debated "cutting" my Trollbloods from the team... just never got into Hordes like I did Warmachine.  But, new stuff is always an allure.  Storm Troll?  I wonder what he looks like!  The War Wagon looks awesome, but I wonder if it is as overcosted, and as such, useless as most artillery pieces in the game.
