does any one know what the next codex is predicted to be?
If the pattern holds, I believe the next codex will be a power armor codex.

I heard once Black Templars, which would actually make me sad. Their codex, even with some really over-priced items, is balls-out awesome.

The list from what I understand is between Eldar, Tau, Black Templars and some odd rumors about a Chaos Legions codex (but I think they'll be post-6th-release).

Eldar need it more than Tau, but both are 5 years old.

Isn't there supposed to be a trend of Xenos, Power Armor, Xenos, Power Armor?  Is that purely speculation?

I have no idea what's coming next.  Tau would be great.  Eldar would be great.  Are those the two oldest books currently?

i believe so. and enough with the power armor. there are more power armor codexes than xenos armies. for godsake, make a catachans codex or something, but not another power armor codex. unless it is iron hands.

most of the same rumors suggest March will be either Tau or Dark Eldar since March was when Grey Knights hit last year. but again, how much shall we belive internet rumors

I nominate Sam. That way the next Codex will have proper grammar when it is written.

and proper numbers noted in the army summary
and spelling shaft right in the staff of light entry

It cannot be Dark Eldar. They were just before Grey Knights. So still quite new.

And I accept the challenge of getting inside. "Pip pip, tally ho, say who's up for not play-testing or proof-reading today? All of you, you say? Bullocks and mash, the Union Jack and the Queen, old bean."

your right Ben i meant Eldar

Most of the sites iv'e seen agree 6th edition around summertime, probably Tau in first quarter 2012, and Eldar as well as possibly Chaos Marines mixed in there somewhere

and with 6th i imagine a new "black reach" type box and such, hopefully new battle forces for Necron and Tau and whatever else is released

For the 6th edition kit, I've heard rumors of Space Marines vs Chaos Marines. And how awesome would it be if they released both codices at the same time?

What? I can dream.

A starter kit without marines? Seems unlikely!

So have players been able to play in games with, against or alongside the new Necrons? Or are most players too busy assembling and painting their new robot friends?
