Willem can't make it, but ive been ordered to pick him up a copy of the dex (better get there early). also, i believe i have finally dialed in my list, it managed to take my opponents last thursday by surprise, and as far as i have seen, thats saying something for tau  ;)

I have a question on using Librarians.  Do you have to choose two psychic powers at the beginning of the tournament or can you select different psychic powers round to round?

We've had a few people drop, which is typical in the weeks leading up to the event.  There's still one person left on the alternates list, but if you are interested in getting in on this event the chances are good another several spots will free up.

Thats My Main Issue right now Is getting my stuff Painted lots of crap going on around at home. Is it going to be based around the 3 colors to be considered painted rule?

Yeah.

Obviously we want the models to look as good as possible, but we understand that time / willingness to paint is a factor for some.

I expect people to put in as much effort as they can / would like to such that the models look as nice as desired...  But that's a pipe dream I've been living since MegaBattle1.0
