Starter boxed set

Hi, I have an old boxed set of Warhammer 40K that has been opened but is complete with all 20 Space Marines and 20 Ork and Gretchin plastic figures.  The box is 10+ years old, so the rules are outdated.  Is anyone interested in purchasing the set for the figures?
