Much better, in my opinion!

It's looking great so far, keep up the good work!
Reality is a cruel and unintuitive place with rather frustrating game-play mechanics.

That looks good. I may have to steal that runes idea.

The heart looks more symmetrical in this pic than the previous one.  Nicely done!  Can't wait to see the painting process start!

you really couldn't see it by looking at it in person the picture really brought it out. i hadn't even noticed until after i saw it in person.

I think it looks pretty great so far.  Only suggestion (if it's not too hard) is to see if you can have the armor plates separate the symbol as well.  As in if you follow the armor lines have them bisect those parts that run over them.   It would help it look stock.

I get what you're saying and I like what you're saying. I think it's why I dislike the heart now, because it doesn't look like it belongs, and I think this suggestion is the fix.

I shortened the arms on the y part of the symbol and i am wondering would it be better to add new lines around the heart and make it 3d in a way or to just add the armour lines through the heart

Armor lines through the heart.  It also seems to fit the weird emo of Eldar.  Like a giant broken heart (that is only broken because you have to assemble titans in pieces).

is this what you were thinking? Does this look better?

I still have a little cleaning up to do.

Yeah, that's basically what I was thinking. It of course would look much better after paint.
