  No, there isn't a limit to the number of weapons.  But, you can't use two weapons in hand-to-hand combat if you carry other than pistols and hand-to-hand weapons.

  The stats of the zombies are:

  2d6   2     0    3   3    1   1   1    5

   The movement rate of the zombies are determined by rolling 2d6 for every zombie individually each time they move.

Can you duel wield pistols and duel wield swords if thats all you are carrying?

With two hands can you duel wield pistols and swords? Nope would need 4 hands. Dont think about the logic of sheathing or holstering weapons. The rules dont get that deep.

  Actually, yes you can.  You can use only one pistol during the shooting phase unless you have the gunfighter skill, in which case, you can shoot with both of them.  If you charge into hand-to-hand combat, you can use the two swords.
