Sergeant Telion Question

Sergeant Telion's  Eye of Vengeance and Voice of Experience don't stack do they? What I mean by this is he can't guide a Missile Launcher's shot with his BS of 6 and allocate the wound can he?

Goss is right.

So Eye says: "Wounds caused by Telion's shooting attacks..."

Voice says: "Telion can forgo making a Shooting attack..."

If Telion forgoes his Shooting attack, then he doesn't shoot to cause any wounds.

Thats what I figured working on my 2000 Point Army list for the tournament coming up and someone was telling me you could do that but didn't think so. Thanks for the input probably be their on Thursday with a list to try out.
