I have us meeting the wednesday after next, on 9/24 at 6:30 PM

It looks like the last wednesday in November is gonna be too close to Thanksgiving for some players to make it.  I'm considering alternatives, possibly the first wednesday in December (after all, the last wednesday in december is X-Mass eve, so we  might bump it to the first Wednesday in January).  Let me know it there are any problems with that.

Ron that sounds fine to me for December and January.  I'm working until 4 on Wednesdays now until February.  A co-worker is out on maternity leave.  Hopefully it won't impact my ETA for the 6pm game too much.

Just to clarify we will play 1st Wednesday in December for November.  Then we play 1st Wednesday in January for December AND last Wednesday in January for January.  Yes?

I'm thinking of cancelling the upcomming wednesday meeting.  D is planning on taking over all of the tables to do terrain for the up comming megabattle.  So that would make the next meeting on the last wednesday in January.

Ron I think that is a wise idea.  I love our game but the mega battle is a more important event to the store and Derek is nice enough to allow us, and others, to play games in the store without paying for table space or anything. 

I'm more than happy to just meet last Wednesday of January so they can prep everything on Wednesday.

just to let everyone know we are still on for this wednesday 1/28/09 at 6:30 pm, unless the snow is too bad, which will be determined by how many people show up.  I can probably make it no matter what as I live just around the corner.
