Is it possible for one guardsmen to carry a vox caster and a grenade launcher?

No.

A veteran from the CCS can only be given an grenade launcher as long as one of the "options listed above" is not already taken by that model (which includes the vox caster).

Another Question that has nothing to do with my original question.
Even though It lacks chimeras would this be a reasonable 1250 list ( or slightly over 1250 )


hq: CCS - Standard, Vox, sniper,grenade launcher, master of the fleet
troops: 4 infantry squads, grenade launcher x 2, autocannon x2
2 PCS, standard, grenade launcher
heavy weapon squad with lascannons
Penal Legion
Elites: 10 Ratlings
Guardsmen Marbo
fast Attack: 30 rough riders (Yes, you read correctly)
heavy support: Leman Russ Battletank, lascannon and plasma sponsons


This isn't exactly what it is since my refrence sheet is 40 feet away from me and I don't want to stop typing.

It helps a lot if you post the exact list.

While it looks fun, I don't see this list doing very well. Rough riders are very, very easy to kill and you have way too many to be able to hide them all from shooting.

Imperial guard platoon standards make a difference so rarely that I consider them not to be worth it.

Your CCS squad are one of the few units that are BS 4 in your army, you probably don't want to waste it on grenade launchers and sniper rifles.

Since it looks like you're making a footslogging list, you're probably going to want to increase the number of ap1 and ap2 shots you can make. Once your rough riders get shot up (and it's not going to to take a lot of shooting) almost any other list can probably run up and out-assault you. Or just out shoot you.

Long story short, I feel that one of the IG's greatest strengths is their ability to have lots and lots of special/heavy weapons whether it's in an infantry squad or on a vehicle -- but you're not really taking advantage of it right now.

Actuawy I feel like if you took a deputydog with a mortymeowta and heavy fwamer sponshons you would totawy pwn.  All the gowrls tell me this is a pwetty good stwategy especiawy with vewens and meowtaguns in chimewas because they are so good in cwose combat it's just siwy.
