Imperial Guard Question.

also, when it says that a squad can take a commisar for +35 points do u also have to charge the +70 points from the commisar?

Actually I havent opened or unsealed my space marine stuff so i should be able to return it or swap it out for imperial guard stuff.

What do you mean?

Under Company Command Squad and Platoon command squad it says you may take a commisar for 35 points. What im asking is do u pay just the 35 or do also have to add the actual point cost of the commisar, 70, on top of the 35.
