I am having an easier time getting most models these days, but I don't know if I agree with his philosophy.
Kudos to him for not wanting to "sell out" or compromise the integrity of his company and all that... but it seems like it's costing him (and LGSs like BG) money. He seems okay with that, and is basically telling us all he's okay with that. It's cool of him to address the issue regardless.
There's obviously more to it. I'd just like to be able to get people the models they want, when they want them, so that the game can grow at the pace it wants to instead of at the pace they decide to allow it to (which probably costs them players).
It's been a lot better lately though. I was actually able to restock the rulebook for the first time in 2 months last week.
I only whiffed on two of the 30+ PIP models I ordered this week. That's really, really good as far as ACD goes and UNHEARD OF as far as Privateer stuff is concerned.
