The Doubles practice game tonight went pretty miserably for my partner and I. It wasn't a good match up and really my dice made it worse. The tournament should be better, provided we don't have the same match up...

There was a group of new players I threw together. They chatted and played some games, real casual like. Good stuff.

Pretty quiet all around this Thursday. Everyone is in agreement that the Ork bommas (because it should be spelled that way) are awesome.

A big financial issue hit home since we didn't qualify for some government financial crisis criteria the Bank/Mortgage company was saying we need to pay 7000$ by June 1st. Now my Parents didn't have enough so both my Brother and I dropped everything we were planning for May including New Pieces and the Doubles so we could help out.

I should have used all that spare time to Get pieces painted but Diablo 3 came out and since it was already payed for.

I will probably be showing up Next Week with a 1500 Points list for the upcoming singles tournament.

Ahhh, Orks are now done and I can start painting my Dark Angels...wait...what is that...a bomma....

*sigh*

Guess i am not done painting Orks.  Better make sure that I have enough magnets so I can run those bommas the 3 different ways without buying a crapton of kits.

So I just finished the tournament yesterday when it was announced the Singles Tournament is June 16th... So soon! I'll only have three Thursdays to practice with a brand new (to me) army.

I'm pushing hard for 1500 practice games for myself. I have a list that is serious business, so no more of this crazy unpredictable shooting-impared Daemon baloney. Time to inch my way toward effectiveness!

Nice. Don't forget to bring tissues, for all the tears you will shed. Whether that's by my army's hand or by my company, you will be crying.  :'(

You have to check BG Facebook page for the caption. Or start attending more tournaments where my name is misspelled. I'm pretty sure now it'll be done intentionally for the lulz.

An excellent Thursday 40k!

Grey Knights & Space Marines vs Orks
Necrons vs Grey Knights
Blood Angels vs Chaos Space Marines
Necrons vs Space Marines
Grey Knights vs Space Marines
Grey Knights vs Orks

These games happened simultaneously, meaning there were 4 GK players, 3 Space Marines and so on. This actually resembles more of a tournament composition than a typical Thursday 40k.
