Last Thursday 40k before Ard Boyz!

I'll certainly be posting here if I need a practice game, because I should at least play my list once before the tournament...

I think it's likely we can find a practice match for you. I know Emory has been running his Tyranids at 2500 the past few weeks, and his is a solid challenge. Just let me know who you are in real life. :D

If Drew shows up with his Deathwing, that would be similar. Between storm shields and thunder hammers, he'd be actually a bit better protected and hit a bit harder. He usually shows up every other week or thereabouts, so he's due. :) I think he runs around 2000, how convenient!

Ha, you won't let us! :P

I only know a handful of the Thursday 40k crew playing in Ard Boyz. If the casual players bring bigger lists just for this one week, it'll guarantee more games. Next week, things will return to their normal, aimless, casual state.

We've still got a fair amount of room in Plainville's Ard Boyz tournament.  If anyone from Thursday is interested in a free event with prize support and wants to play 40k this Saturday, let someone at the store know.

Help us send GW a strong number of players.

Abington's event is Saturday, and Plainville's is Sunday. I'm sure we'll get a number of drifters in, as registration isn't required. Is there a poster/sign in the store? This should be the case especially with Plainville, since most other game stores are running their Ard Boyz prelims on Saturday.
