People were almost fighting for table space tonight, completely insane. For 40k, there was...
Dark Eldar vs Iron Hands
Space Marines vs Space Wolves
Orks vs Space Marines
Daemons vs Witch Hunters, 7-turn Annihilation, in which the Witch Hunters had to table to win and were just two Plaguebearers shy!

There were two Fantasy games and a couple Warmachine games. There was an extended time during which every table was jammin'. Seems if you're not there by 6:30, you'll be left with scraps.

Really, I didn't even know that happened. Which table did you play on? Did you play Rumplestilskin?

To be fair (to myself), I was very focused staring down Immo-spam. Any mission type other than Kill Points and I would have been laughed off the board.

Yes I played Rumplestilskin ( Henry ), a brutal victory in my favour, Mephiston never showed up for the fight...

Yes, a brutal LOSS on my part...of course I was an oblivious noob as usual. I did learn a few new things though, and I am a bit LESS rusty on the mechanics of the game.

The more you play, the easier it is to learn. After the Megabattle, I'll likely to take a (tiny) break playing, and I can offer watching a game of yours, issuing advice or recommendations when asked. A second set of eyes during a game makes learning so much easier. Knowing where to start improvements is half the battle.

Just laid down a 3rd color on my Fiends (OMG Megabattle spoilerz) and remembered tomorrow/today is Thursday and that can only mean one thing! Getting to Plainville early to harass Sam behind the counter.

After that, 40k!

Not going to let our official "unofficial" status affect anything at all. Except maybe people could dress a bit nicer around our celebrity endorsement.
