Units who determine random abilities before the battle (such as Possessed Chaos Space Marines) will still do so as a unit; each model will have the same result.

Does "Before the battle" mean as "Before Turn 1"? Because technically, Possessed Space Marines roll after deployment. It's a distinction that makes them awful in regular missions.

They will still have to roll after deployment.

It was a blast.  Some of the most fun I've played in 40k in a while.

I would strongly recommend going down and checking it out as kill team is super fun and it is easy to get 5+ games in.  ;D

Sweet.  I should be there on the 16th.  Looking forward to it.

Chase, is there an entrance fee?

Yes there will.  I expect a different crowd though.  Some of the kids seem interested in playing this time (which was the idea).

I have a question. Does an imperial guard list have to take the compulsory squads within an infantry platoon, and can they take a non-compulsory squad, such as a heavy weapons or special weapons squad, without the compulsory options?

To keep things simple, I think Infantry Platoons will function as written. I'm more comfortable easing Force Org restrictions (since Kill Team uses a very limited chart) than allowing units to be purchased that would never be legal in a normal 40k game. For a single squad of cool guys, try Veterans instead.

So, you're saying I can't take 50 conscripts then?
