Why, oh why, is there a legal debate on this thread?

Oh yeah, and about the Killa Kups - After further review the 18x Killa Kup list has my full endorsement to be used in exhibition games up to and after the day of the event.

I appreciate the countless hours, blood, sweat, tears, souls, and sporks that have gone into creating the beasts but I can not approve them for this tournament.

Much love though, much love.  /gang symbol

Chase,

Thank you for your consideration an regretfully the awesomeness of this army will have to sit by the wayside.  But....   Ah thats all I got.

Are you using the Command Counters option for these scenarios?

Mien God... I turn my back on this topic for a few weeks and look what happens. Sheesh. Chase, I'll have those lists to you ASAP. Looking like Necrons and Dark Eldar, the nearly forgotten races of 40k. My brother will be making a rare appearance, provided he doesn't go chasing some skirt the night before in a bar again.

To the Killer Kups folks... kudos on the konversions, but I'd have to object too about playing against those in a tournament. I don't say this because I think I'm some big shot, but just to show Chase isn't the only one who thinks that way. In a kausal game, sure, it'd be awesome, but in a tournament, there is that 50% GW rule that I just can't abandon, and feel it would be unfair to someone who actually went out and bought those expensive pieces of kit. Still, the Mega Battle is koming up, and I'd love to see them stomping face there! Ok, I'll stop it with the ks.

Other than that, good luck at the tournament guys, and I'll be seeing you soon, as I disdainfuly gaze out at you from underneath the skin of your face that I am now wearing over mine. Bwahahahahahaha!

A Little late on this dont you think...  And just for the record with your 50% BS they would of had Rhino hatched to make them 50% so that point is mute.

No, I don't think I was a little late, otherwise I wouldn't have said anything. Also, the 50% isn't my rule, that's just a standard in most tournaments. I forget how BG does it, but in my gaming group when we do a tournament we adhere to that rule only because if we didn't, GW would revoke any future prize support they might have offered otherwise. Models such as yours would have had to passed a review in order to be used. And you would need a lot of hatches to make all of those Kans 50% enough for GW to not be pissed off. I'm not knocking the models or saying that you don't have enough hatches, I'm just stating a reason why most tournament restrictions are more stringent than causal play. Still, I hope you bring a nasty Ork army, and perhaps we'll get a chance to settle this dispute on the battlefield like gentlemen. I'll be the tall guy with the Dark Eldar, partnered with Necrons. (Chase, I swear I'll get that list to you tonight.)

Hey Chase,
How do the teams look for this weekend?

The teams are looking pretty good.  I am in the process of chasing down the last few lists and will begin to look them over tonight.

Sadly, it does not look like the alternates will end up getting a spot. :( I have been in touch with the "flakey" teams and they have all said they are going to play.

I love it.  And why no deamons I have had such fun with them in the past...

No Ork love here.  My Ork army is still sitting half unassembled.  It took all my effort to create such awesomeness that I cant find it in my gut to make anything else Ork.

On as side note -- I am working on a 2 Liter Gargant!!!
