It's actually pretty fun, once you try it.

I'm buying 6 rhinos.

Dont forget the 9 oblits and the second DP.

1 with lash.

Warptime is better due to all the mech. Geez, dude. Get your head out of your ass.

Hm. I like wolves and started my base army list off of what I liked and didn't include things, even great suggestions for winning, that I didn't like or didn't think I'd enjoy playing, but at the same time, I want to win every game I play. I mix fun and winning. I like to win, but I know how to have fun.

I prefer the BG people everysecond over warseer, they aren't jerks who yell at me for mistakes like the warseer people.

Why are you buying 6 rhinos? That's just ridiculous.

6 rhinos + all plague marines = an easy button which can be seen from orbit.

Unless you're Lee Roby.
It's the throwing phase now.

What you SHOULD do is buy units that look like they will be fun to model, paint, and use in-game. If you want to take something, just do it. your first army probably shouldn't be entirely geared towards being 100% effective in a competitive setting. I've been doing this for 8 years and i still don't bother. I mean, why spend money on something that isn't enjoyable in every aspect?

Amen!

Alright, I wanna enter the megabattle next year, and here's my idea for an army, mind you, I have no real idea of what I'm doing, I'm just taking cool powerful stuff and shoving it together hoping it works ;D. If you could help me fix this up that'd be fantastic, thanks guys! :D

Rune priest ( term armour, chooser of the slain, saga of the beastslayer, wolf tooth necklace)

Wolf lord (twin wolf claws, Thunderwolf mount, wold tooth necklace, belt of russ, saga of the warrior born, 2 fenrisian wolves)

Ragnar blackmane

10 scouts (2 mark of wulfen, 2 meltagun, 4 powerweapon, 2 meltabombs) [2X5]

5 guard (crusader dedicated (285 extra armour, storm bolter, multimelta) terminator armour, 1 assault cannon, 4 chainfist, 1 claw, 1 hammer, 3 more chainfist) [some fists replacing bolters others replacing power weapon]

1 crusader (extra armour, storm bolter, multimelta)

5 long fangs and 1 squad leader (basic leader, fangs have 4 missiles 1 lascannon)

1 vindicator (extra armouir, stormbolter)

60 grey hunters [6X10] (3 rhinos, 12 meltaguns, 6 powerweapons, 6 wolf standards, 6 marks of the wulfen)

Thunderwolf cavalry (5) (2 claws, 2 frost blades, 1 thunderhammer)

4 landspeeders [2X2] (4 assault cannons)

Total: 4000 exactly

isn't it a little too early to start planning for next year's Megabattle? This year's Megabattle hasn't even happened yet...
