Doubles Painting Comp.
« on: September 20, 2009, 08:57:15 PM »
Hey Guys,
I'm planning on really getting my army looking great for this doubles tourney. The same can't be said for my partner who'll be playing with gray models.
What level of painting can I expect to be up against? My lines are clean and I've got some freehand stuff and some battle damage on the rhinos. I haven't gotten into the extreme edge highlighting yet, but I am going to do a bit of that. I don't think I'm prepared for Golden Demon type competition but I'm trying.
 Thanks!

It depends on who plays and what armies people field.  I'd like to think the paint jobs that some people do are pretty good.  Some armies that spring to mind are pretty great.

It's really hard to say though... it just depends on so much.

There will be several gray armies, many painted armies, and several nicely painted armies.  That much is for sure.
