Dang,   i woulda come in but I didnt check the forum in time.  I hope you got a game in and had some fun.   you going to be around on Tuesdays alot, cause i would love to play some fantasy.

Yes, actually I try to make it down every tuesday night. My friend usually comes along too, and he plays Dark Elves and is just starting out as well. I usually get to BG around 4ish give or take and stay until later in the night. So if you can come on down.

Would you like me to bring an army for you to use? I know you said you were just starting out and only really had the Axe Skull Pass starter set.

Wood Elves
Bretonnians
Dwarves
Empire
Lizardmen

Do you own the Orcs and Goblins Army Book?
If so would you feel up to making your own army list? You can substitute any of my models for Orcs and Goblins.

If not thats fine I can bring two smaller forces (1000pts each) and I can give you a quick demo of how a game goes and if my friend shows up you can feel free to watch how a larger game can look too (2250 is roughly our size)

I was thinking Empire and Chaos if you wanted me to bring the armies.

wow, that sounds great.  Empire and Warrirors of Chaos would be great.  I have both orc and gobbo, and dwarf army books, and after adding everything i could to the dwarf list, i got it up to 800+ points, i forget how much it ended up as, so i know im close to getting an army to the 1000-1500 point range.

my problem is I have no decision making abilities whatsoever.  I cant decide if I like the dwarf or Orc armys enough to invest more money in them.  So seeing a couple other armies on the tabletop and seeing a game will be great,  if I like either army alot I can even grab their book whill i am at the store.

ill bring my armies, but i imagine it would be better for me to see the 1000 point demo game of empire and chaos, or watch the 2250 game.

ill be looking forward to tuesday.
