i made a mars-pattern reaver titan out of kne'x plus a princeps, two moderati, and a tech-preist out of the same construction toy (all crude models). what did you make?

I made a Nurgle Rat Heldrake out of a Vampire Counts Zombie Dragon, some Veer-myn bits, and a resin cast of a real mouse skull

Kerrigan hive tyrant out of marro hive tyranid bits a raelin and some su bak na wings.

an exocrine out of left over bits, an old 2 liter bottle and some moss

spore mines out of gems wire hot glue and green stuff.

Andaluciens helldrake and nurgle rat army are insanely cool.  One of my favorite converted armies ever. 

I've only ever really kitbashed stuff out of GW kits.  My favorite conversion I've done is my dreadknights are a kitbash of the dreadknight kit, drop pod bits, chaos spikes, a defiler head, and various dark angels bits.

never made anything to custom or scratch built... have to say the most custom piece i ever had was i made a dreadnought with the head, wings and banner pole from the Warhammer (asamil? i think) Dogs of War dragon
