Wood Elves are mentioned in the new Dark Elf fluff, they have a neutral relationship with them, and even manipulated them into fighting the High Elves. All Elven factions get ASF and some sort of armywide prowess. Wood elves are  rumored to be coming this spring, which seems fitting  ;)
