(Abington MA) Pathfinder Society
« on: February 07, 2013, 12:52:55 AM »
Many folks always ask me have been asking me how to get into Role Playing Games.

This coming Sunday, February 10th, Battleground in Abington is starting Pathfinder Society. Pathfinder is a Role Playing Game very similar to Dungeons and Dragons, released by the company Paizo. This is a great opportunity for beginners and veterans alike to have a quality RPG to play in each week.  Game Master, Craig Baker will be running this weekly event and is one of the most enthusiastic and knowledgeable game master's you'll ever find. I encourage you folks to come down this Sunday and check it out.

This is the best way to get into Role Playing Games.

The time for this event is 2pm-6pm each Sunday afternoon.
I recommend bringing a pencil (preferably one with an eraser), scrap paper, a d20 set of dice, and a Pathfinder Core Rulebook (if you own one).
Seating will be limited to 6 people at the table.

It's going to start at level 1, Craig will be walking people through character creation, since I know some first timers will be present.

Gotta love the problems with living games...

I suggest calling the store tomorrow and reserving / making sure you've got a spot.
