Question, does the 200 point magic item limit supercede the 100 point magic item limit that lords in the lizard man codex are allowed?

So is this a league only hero bash or is this a hero bash anyone can join?

and if so for the league only it has to be from the army that we have used correct?

just so we clarify now the same rules apply for taking magic items except for the 100pt limit it is now instead 200pts

so you can only take up to a combination of 200pts of magic items while still following these guidelines

1 Suit of magical armor/shield/helmet/etc...(This is only 1 of the three, so you cannot take a magical shield AND and magical suit of armor)
1 Magical Weapon
1 Enchanted Item
1 Arcane Item

That is the correct ruling of how this hero bash is going to work correct?

Anyone can play in the Hero Bash.  I can't see a point in turning someone away who wants to play.

Player's from the League are encouraged to field a Hero that represents their faction, but I suppose they dont have to.

Your rules for selecting magic items are correct.
