Does a Space marine IC's "thou shall know no fear" rule transfer to unit of imperial guard battle brothers, if the Space Marine IC is in the imp guard unit?

(Not my question, but I have no idea what the answer is.)

"A unit that contains at least one model with this special rule automatically passes tests to Regroup..." And so on.

So yes, ICs do confer ATSKNF onto a group.

GW changed ATSKNF into a Universal Rule, instead of a codex specific rule. I had to read the FAQ to find that out.
