Lore wise a Relic Blade as explained is an ancient weapon usually a 2 handed axe sword or spear passed down in the chapter. Vulkan has his Spear which is a relic blade and I have a model with a large double bladed battle axe I can use for a relic blade. Make it look fancier than a regular power weapon and you can use it as a relic blade.

Relic ;) blades are unusual power weapons. Anything suitably ornate would work.
